As the largest online trade association in Europe, the dealer association is the mouthpiece and partner of the e-commerce industry. The association promotes exchange between retailers and service providers in order to sustainably support digital and stationary retail and make it future-proof. By representing interests across Europe and bundling various services, the dealer association and its members and partners actively shape the industry.

In addition to warning-proof legal texts, the services include a customer rating system for online shops and the “Buyer Seal” quality seal. As a German representative, the dealer association is involved in the umbrella organization Ecommerce Europe and informs its members about planned European legislative proposals as well as information and regulations on cross-border trade.
